One of Newport’s favorite family Halloween traditions is back. The Preservation Society of Newport County has announced that Trick or Treat at The Breakers will return Friday and Saturday, Oct. 24 and 25. The event, set inside the city’s most famous Gilded Age mansion, offers two evening sessions each night at 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Guests are encouraged to come in costume and enjoy treats, prizes, and festive Halloween fun among the mansion’s grand halls. Children under age 2 are admitted free
