Hippo-pie-tamuses 🦛 I used Keebler mini pie shells and filled with chocolate mousse then topped with ganache and Oreo crumbs for the mud and dirt. The hippos are panna cottas but you can also use the Kinder happy hippos on top! For the faux chocolate mousse mix two boxes of jello chocolate with 3/4 cups of pudding then add a cup of heavy cream. Beat until thick and then fill your pies. It will make at least 12 pies. Allow to set for 3 hours. Mine was still not set when I cut it. 🤭 #pie #silkpi
