Here’s a twist with our classic Coconut Macaroons! 💜😍💜 Ube Coconut Macaroons Recipe: 60g butter, softened (1/4 cup) 65g white sugar, (1/3 cup) 2 L eggs, room temp 1 tsp vanilla extract 375g condensed milk 2 tbsp ube powder - optional 1-2 tbsp ube extract 60g APFlour (1/2 cup) 140g dessicated coconut (2 cups) Pinch of Salt Bake at 180C preheated oven for 15-20minutes or until top part is slightly toasted.
