Went for an hour today - Inspired by Ben Patrick • pull sled backwards for 20 reps (we go garbage can to garbage can on beach)• walking forward lunges in between.. you walk it backwards, then your partner walks it back & you front lunge back• 15 no weight squats after every set • end with walk forward w heel strike to stretch.
